Salary Range: Dependent Upon Qualifications Description: Position Requirements/qualifications:

? Language Level: Equivalent of a CLB 5 in English

? Minimum 2 years of experience cooking in a busy restaurant kitchen

? Minimum of a Canadian Grade 12 equivalent

? Food Handler certification is preferred

? Enthusiastic, great attitude and receptive to learning our kitchen procedures FJob Duties / Responsibilities:

? Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients

? Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards

? Handle and store ingredients and food

? Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

? Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment

? Check the quality and freshness of ingredients

? Monitor station inventory levels

? Accommodate guests' special requests

? Operate kitchen equipment

? Shift work: days, evenings and weekends

? Be able to multitask and work under pressure
