Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and guest safety Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours

Skills

Experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining quality standards Strong understanding of the food industry, including hygiene practices and sanitation protocols Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments under pressure Basic culinary skills related to food industry best practices Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
