Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including food service, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$28.00 per hour
