Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly to support efficient meal production Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering to food safety protocols Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures Support menu planning by assisting with ingredient sourcing and portion control Assist with catering events and special meal services as needed Serve food to guests or staff in a courteous and professional manner Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly valued Proven ability in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry Background in restaurant or fine dining environments demonstrating culinary experience Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
