Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic COOK/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong background in the food industry, particularly in areas related to food service, preparation, and safety. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to food orders and service. Assist customers with meal preparation options, including recommendations based on dietary preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during all interactions and transactions. Handle food handling procedures efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in the service area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist customers effectively. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while providing a friendly experience. Support team members in various tasks as needed to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the restaurant or food industry. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed. Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
