Duties



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, flair, and consistency, ensuring all meals meet quality standards. Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating to ensure efficiency and presentation excellence. Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to guarantee a safe dining environment. Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cleanliness of workstations. Collaborate with the culinary team to execute catering orders and special event menus seamlessly. Qualifications



Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Strong background in food industry roles such as restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in fine dining or catering settings. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, knife handling, and meal assembly. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential. Experience with menu planning, food service operations, and catering logistics is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
