The Iron Skillet Wasaga Beach is a small business in Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2B7. We are fast-paced, engaging, fun, and our goal is to provide quality food and service.

Summary:

To prepare food following specifications, recipes and techniques of the company. Assist Senior Chefs with duties and responsibilities, prep and maintain inventory of food stations, cook food for patrons and insure proper food inventory stock over all.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is required (minimum of 4 years)*
Attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team Organizational Skills Adherence to company specifications Basic food handling and preparation knowledge Works well under pressure Reliable Able to follow instructions and have a willingness to learn High tolerance for repetition Must be bondable and have a clear police clearance

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and stocking stations with necessary supplies Maintain food inventory Prepare food for service Clean up station Maintain quality and speed of output Knowledge of company food specifications and plating requirements Desire and ability to work as part of a team Adherence to cost control guidelines. Food handling Cleanliness
