Overview


We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our family at a well known fishng lodge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills to a variety of clients from all walks of earth. We like to a ensure high standard of safety and quality. The Chef will colaborate the menu for the season with the owners. We want to make the Chef shine. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating delicious dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. The position starts middle May 2026 and goes until the end of September 2026. The job requires working 7/7 days. As mentionned vacation time can be discussed. It is a marathon and not a race.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and creativity Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and hygiene standards Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients Uphold food safety regulations at all times during food preparation and service

Experience



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or similar setting Strong knowledge of the food industry, including meal preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in maintaining hygiene standards Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable for this role

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 4.5 months

Pay: $1,200.00-$1,400.00 per week
