Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and improve existing offerings. Manage inventory and minimizing waste. Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure consistency and excellence. Assist in serving meals during peak hours to ensure timely service.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and meal presentation. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Previous restaurant experience is preferred; kitchen experience is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
