```Duties```
- Oversee daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or hotel
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving operations
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food industry, hospitality, or related field
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience in food handling and preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of restaurant management best practices and industry trends
- Bartending experience is a plus
