Duties

Assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Participate in inventory management, including tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages. Support other kitchen staff as needed, fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with food service operations. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends. Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
