About Us
Arlo's Dockside, is a known staple in the West St. Paul community - under new management and, as the new operator's, we are looking to improve and reinvent Arlo's Dockside's image. Arlo's Dockside is a seasonal operation that runs from now until the end of October. We are looking for an organized individual with kitchen knowledge and breakfast experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure: Impose organization to the current menu, develop checklists, recipes, and food specs
Food Preparation: Oversee the food preparation process including preparation and plating
Inventory Management: Potential to order and maintain inventory levels
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team productivity.
Qualifications:
Experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen
Safe Food Handling Certificate
Must be a team player

Transportation:
Arlo's Dockside is outside of the perimeter by about 5 minutes by car. You must have your own reliable transportation.
This business is seasonal and will only be open until October.
