Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices. Assist with meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines within the kitchen.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in meal preparation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
