We are looking for someone who can handle small pan cooking and assist with a variety of kitchen tasks. Female candidates are preferred, and the ability to communicate in

is highly desirable to ensure smooth teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Use a small pan for cooking; wok skills are welcome but not required Assist with basic meal preparation, such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients Ensure all food handling and preparation practices comply with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Follow proper food storage procedures to maintain freshness and minimize waste

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred Ability to cook with a small pan; wok experience is an asset but not necessary Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Female candidates preferred;

Mandarin fluency

is a strong asset Must have a valid Canadian work permit, PR, or citizenship
