our guests a continuing relationship in venues where the deliciousness of the food is met by a passion for
hospitality. Along with Alo, our portfolio of restaurants includes Aloette (2017); Alobar Yorkville (2018);
Salon (2019), an intimate space for private dining; and Aloette Go (2021), a take-out-and-delivery-optimized
version of the original.

Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible
:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Ensure daily fresh mise-en-place
- Complete recipes
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school is required
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook is required. In the event that the candidate does

- Personal suitability: Flexibility, Team player, Reliability, Dependability, Organized, Initiative, Client
- Work setting: Restaurant

Salary: $18.00 hourly, 40 Hours per week.
Benefits: Gratuities, group insurance benefits (medical, dental, and vision benefits; life and dental
insurance). Uniforms provided at no cost. One free meal per shift is provided.
Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The employee will work from Tuesday to
Saturday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Work on holidays is required. Overtime may be required.
