Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations Address customers\' complaints or concerns Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Establish methods to meet work schedules Ensure food service and quality control Must have knowledge of the establishment\'s culinary genres
