Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Flats Eatery + Drink. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

Job duties:

-Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

-Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

-Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

-Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchen is preferred

-Capable of safety handling knives and other kitchen tools

-Familiarity with food safety regulations and protocols

-Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to work well in a team setting

-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
