Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent guest service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Provide support in other areas of the restaurant as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Basic cash handling experience is a plus.
