Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of cuisines
- Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
