Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Chinese dishes including stir-fries, dim sum, noodles, soups, and regional specialties Maintain kitchen standards for cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies Experiment with new recipes while respecting traditional techniques
Requirements

Proven experience as a Chinese cook or chef in a restaurant setting Knowledge of Chinese cuisine across multiple regions Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Food safety certification is an asset
