Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated part time Line Cook to join our team.
Must be available Tuesdays & Sundays at 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a creative mind for designing dishes. As a Cook, you must have expertise in food preparation, kitchen management and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality meals that are visually appealing, taste great and are well-balanced.
Follow recipes and comply with special dietary requirements
Monitor quality and freshness of ingredients
Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and organized
Comply with food safety standards and guidelines
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
Assist in menu development and food costing
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook
Experience prepping pizza dough
Sound knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
