With a sizable retail store, caf\xc3\xa9, and ice cream counter, there is never a dull day at this beautiful tourist destination. Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals with consistent standards of food quality and customer satisfaction,
- Produce high quality food,
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Maintain a clean kitchen and work area
- May assist with menu planning, determining the size of food portions, costs and ordering supplies
- Always represent the interests and values of the Company in the workplace
- You have 3-5+ years of previous kitchen or cooking experience,
- You have Food Safe Level 1 certification required,
- You have strong communication skills,
- You\xe2\x80\x99re able to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
- While performing the duties of this position, team members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
- Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Occasionally required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool
