Must be able to:•Perform food preparation and presentation• follow any and all recipes• ensure proper use of scale and proportioning of food• assist with the planning of preparation of food service• restock all items as needed• maintain product consistency• prepare dishes for patrons with food allergies• ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen the store room refrigerators counters Etc• ensure food is stored in proper containers and labeled properly to ensure standards of freshness• strive to uphold safe working environments and be health and safety conscious• report any maintenance or health issues• adhere to all policies guidelines rules and regulations of the business• perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
certified food handlers certificate required• demonstrate knowledge of food quality, production, Sanitation and presentation required• knowledge of methods and procedures for preparation of food.
