We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This dual role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. As a Cook you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while maintaining cleanliness

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Help keep the kitchen organized by properly storing food items and supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by notifying management of low stock levels.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to help in various kitchen tasks as needed, including cooking and cleaning. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
