Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices. Prep cooking Dishwashing Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring safe food handling at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal preparation. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Passion for cooking and a desire to help create exceptional dining experiences.
