Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of hakka menu items according to established recipes and standards Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with meal assembly, plating, and presentation to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas Follow food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health codes Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service Manage inventory levels and assist with stock rotation as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, Hakka restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols Strong understanding of the food industry standards for hygiene and safety Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required
