We are a busy family style restaurant looking for experienced line/prep cooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is handled and stored safely to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
• Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring timely service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the dining experience and address customer needs.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and restaurant policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Ability to efficiently serve and manage food service operations
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food industry standards
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
