Line Cook

As a Line Cook, you'll play an essential role in delivering fresh, high-quality meals that keep our guests coming back.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook dishes following our recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently. Assist with meal prep and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Work with fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service during busy shifts. Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to management. Support with cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining kitchen equipment. Help onboard and guide new team members when needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant or food industry experience (preferred but not required). Knowledge of food safety practices and safe handling procedures. Ability to stay focused and efficient under pressure. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills.
