About the Role:
Lotus Kitchen & Bar is seeking dependable, detail-oriented
Line Cooks

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat
Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workspace, including basic dishwashing and cleaning tasks
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the chef or manager
Support kitchen prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties as needed
Work cooperatively with other kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
Experience working in a commercial kitchen; Asian or Chinese cuisine experience is a strong asset
Passion for food and attention to detail in both prep and presentation
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid food handling certification (Food Safe, SafeCheck, or equivalent)
Language:
English is required; Mandarin is a strong asset
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
