Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food according to the standards set by the Chef
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen that meets food safety and WHMIS regulations
Ensure personal hygiene and sanitary practices are followed at all times
Help manage food and labour costs by following proper prep and portioning guidelines
Communicate with the Restaurant Supervisor, line cooks, and guests when needed
Represent the kitchen with a professional attitude and appearance
Assist with banquet service as needed
Execute all other duties assigned by the Chef

Relevant experience in a similar kitchen role
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and WHMIS standards
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
