Tusket Falls Beer Project is looking for a cook to prepare our ever changing menu!
This is a unique opportunity to join our small, growing company and close-knit team! We're looking for someone who is hard working and can take on a variety of responsibilities in our kitchen.
Job requirements:
Work quickly and efficiently to prepare all menu items to order with care and quality
Daily food and kitchen preparation as needed throughout the shift
Organize kitchen, take inventory counts and ensure proper rotation of food stock
Maintain a clean kitchen and workspace at all times
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
2+ years of commercial kitchen experience is required.
As a member of our kitchen team, you will be integral to the food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your kitchen experience and core skills in meal preparation and food service to contribute to a seamless dining experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to food handling will help maintain our restaurant's reputation for excellence.
