We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and that our guests enjoy high-quality meals prepared with care.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Participate in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food industry is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.33-$19.00 per hour
