Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled cook to join our culinary team.
This position is primarily cold side for dinner service and prep. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared according to our established recipes and standards, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
What you'll be doing:
Perform assigned tasks from Executive Chef & Sous Chef
High quality preparation of a variety of dishes
Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and follow the highest standards of food safety & hygiene
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
What experience you need:
2-3 years cooking experience in high volume, fast-paced, full-service restaurants
Above average understanding of working in professional kitchens and knife handling skills
Ability to manage time, take direction from Chefs & work effectively under pressure
