Job Description

The Radisson Kingswood Hotel & Suites is looking for an individual who is passionate about food and guest service.

This position will be working closely with the Kitchen Manager to maintain all meetings and banquets at the Radisson Kingswood Hotel & Suites.

Responsibilities

Prep and assist with cooking all foods for events.
Cook all foods accurately and promptly with attention to detail ensuring final products adhere to standards.
Ensure the work area, utensils and equipment are clean and ready for use at all times.
Observe all health and safety regulations and legislation pertaining to food preparation.
Perform all opening and closing assignments as instructed.
Restock low items as required during the shift.
Maintain excellent communication with all team members.
Provide an exceptional guest experience.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Creative and passionate about cooking.
2-4 Years experience (preferred).
Must work well in a team environment.
Cook Trade Certification considered an asset.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and working under pressure.
Able to maintain a flexible work schedule, including holidays, weeknights and weekends.
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour plus Tips and Gratuities
