Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality Japanese-inspired dishes with attention to detail. Ensure all food items are handled and stored safely according to health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Assist in meal preparation and cooking as needed. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Uphold the company's standards for food quality and presentation. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent serving skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset. Familiarity with Japanese cuisine is a plus. Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
