We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that meet our guests' expectations while ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure that all ingredients are available for meal preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Help maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with food handling techniques and knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly valued.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
