We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and well organized person to join our team in our food establishment. The successful candidate must have line cook experience that has great new ideas and a modern flare for the enjoyment of our members and guest.
We offer our Guest an upscale dining experience and what to keep that momentum therefore we are seeking a chef that has experience in a fast past kitchen and takes pride in cooking, presentation.
The candidate to work along with other with the same goals in mind, to be of service to our members, with a no problem my pleasure attitude.
Responsibilities and Skills will include:
Outstanding cooking skills
Responsible for daily prep along with other members of the team
Creativity when it comes to food, experience with line cooking
Plating Skills
Baking Skills
Monitoring and controlling stock levels, ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed
Follow of health and safety procedures in the kitchen
Maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen
Help in all areas when needed.
Preparing for day to day food service, a big part of operation are events large and small hosting BBQs, catered events, fine dining, theme nights, etc.
Red Seal Certificate (an Asset)
