Food handling, preparation, distribution, and storage
Replace and perform head cook duties when required
Ability to make and record menu substitutions
Supervision of dietary workers
Provide courteous, professional customer service
Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability in food service industry
Knowledge and experience of multiple diets
Papered Cook Preferred but will consider experience level
Certificate in dietary, sanitation and food handling course preferred
Experience cooking in lodge setting preferred
Ability to prepare and present tasteful and attractive meals
Must be a team player and enjoy working with seniors
Positive and caring attitude
Decision making ability
