Responsible to the Community Services Coordinator, through established line of authority for the preparation of nutritious meals in a timely manner according to the approved menu plan.
Qualification required: Grade 10, Junior Cook Certificate, Current CPR Certificate
Skills:
Excellent food preparation ability
Good working knowledge of institutional food preparation equipment
Demonstrated fitness to complete the demands of the job
Demonstrated ability to function in a team environment
Self-starting, disciplined individual
Ability to work rotating shifts
