Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week
