Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for food preparation and kitchen operations.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate menu items in a timely manner
- Ensure food safety standards are met throughout the cooking process
- Assist in meal preparation and kitchen clean-up
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in the food service industry
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment
