Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is handled safely and meets food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage areas Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant is highly recommended Knowledge of food handling, meal preparation, and kitchen operations is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new techniques in the culinary field.
