Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have a passion for food, enjoy working in a team, and have experience in the kitchen, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Help with meal preparation during busy periods Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$20.90 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week Benefits:
