Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
Assist in menu planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance.
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs of clients.
Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed.
Provide fine dining experiences by presenting meals attractively and serving them professionally.
Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques to enhance meal preparation efficiency.
Requirements
