Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs. Uphold the highest standards of food safety throughout all stages of food preparation and service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are crucial for success in this role. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating enjoyable dining experiences is a must.
