Job Description
Work as part of our team to complete food orders, prep food, and perform other tasks to ensure that the kitchen is clean and prepared for service.
Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner in accordance with Pizza Delights recipes and assembly manuals and charts.
Prepare, prep, and cook as directed, meeting all Pizza Delight requirements.
Monitor portions.
Follow recipes and flow charts to ensure consistency.
Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment, and identify equipment needs for food preparation and service.
Prepare and follow a daily prep sheet to indicate levels on hand and amounts required.
Ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, sanitizing and sterilization of food products.
Clean and keep the kitchen organized at all times.
Follow all required checklists and cleaning routines during his required shifts.
Adhere to all sanitization and food production codes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.20-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
