Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines throughout all stages of service. Provide exceptional guest services, fostering positive relationships with patrons to encourage repeat visits.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable but willing to train. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively. Pay: $17.20-$28.13 per hour
