We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious pizzas. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Duties

Prepare and cook pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to meal preparation for the restaurant. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and safety standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas. Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly valued. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
