As we prepare for significant capital markets activity and equity fundraising, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen our executive team and drive operational excellence across our expanding project portfolio.

The Role

The COO will serve as the operational architect of AvranceCorp, ensuring that strategy translates into disciplined execution. You will oversee project delivery, process optimization, and cross-departmental alignment, working alongside the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership to position AvranceCorp as a market-leading public company.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Execution: Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across development, construction, sales, marketing, and investor relations. Project Oversight: Monitor progress of multi-phase real estate projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Scalability: Implement systems, processes, and technology platforms to support growth from private firm to public-company standards. Financial Alignment: Work with the CFO to ensure financial discipline, capital deployment efficiency, and ROI-driven decision-making. Capital Markets Support: Prepare operational reporting and due diligence materials to support investors, lenders, and IPO readiness. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing operational teams, ensuring accountability and alignment with corporate goals. Risk & Compliance: Strengthen operational risk management, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder reporting.
Qualifications

Proven success in a COO, EVP, SVP, or senior operations leadership role within real estate development, construction management, or private equity-backed growth companies. Strong background in project delivery, operations scaling, and organizational transformation. Familiarity with capital markets requirements (reporting, governance, risk management) preferred. Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex, multi-phase projects. Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
