Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the filing and inputting of property transactions, as well as basic Reception duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of organization.

Duties



Managing all aspects of back end Real Estate Transactions including inputting into our systems, managing files and documents, communicating between REALTORS, Lawyers, etc. Light Bookkeeping duties including issuing payments related to Real Estate Transactions, printing salary cheques, keeping record of all monies in and out and invoicing through our systems, as well as preparing quarterly trust reports with an Accountant.

Skills



Proven experience in Real Estate or in a similar front desk role is preferred. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems for effective communication. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
